Anton has trained for over 25 years fusing various systems such as Tai Chi, Kung Fu and most recently, Russian Systema Self Defense, which he is a certified instructor through.
This natural movement approach allows for relaxed power and thus replaces freezing or overreacting from fear. (fight or flight) Similar as in nature how the smartest most adaptable (not just the largest} animals survive successfully!
Also paramount is learning common sense fundamentals physically, legally and morally in regards to self protection and your rights in home and in public. Discovering and accessing various modes of defense tactics with and without a practical or improvised choice of weapons available. Anton has taught numerous women, law enforcement officers, children and has taught Self Defense credit courses at OCC through out the private sector for over 20 years and is a certified Systema Self Defense Instructor.

From simulating real life confrontations in a safe yet very effective environment to powerful natural movement based conditioning exercises, such as ground mobility; crawling, rolls and slide falls. You will learn and rehearses with partners, various movements to avoid, neutralize, counter attack, escape and defeat dangerous aggressors that are all too prevalent in our world today!
