WEAR NO FRAGRANCES
Some individuals are highly sensitive to synthetic fragrances, please do not wear synthetic perfume/cologne, scented lotions, deodorants, hair products or fabric softeners on the day of your appointment. 

WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfortable non-synthetic workout clothing seasonally suitable.

PAYMENT
Methods of acceptable payments are cash or credit cards and are due at the completion of your session or beginning of your package. Please note: There are no refunds or rebates on any special package programs.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to reschedule, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice as there can be a cancellation fee. ​(exceptions for Illness, or an emergency)
